Founder-led. Field-tested.
Bear River Solutions is the drone services division of Bear River Watch Corp, based in Fort Myers. Founder Milton "Oz" Osorio plans every mission and flies it himself.
Discipline you can see in the files.
Oz served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation structural mechanic, working on aircraft hydraulics and landing gear. He then spent over a decade in Florida law enforcement, including incident investigation and disaster response for Hurricanes Irma, Michael, Ian, Idalia, Helene, and Milton.
He was an inaugural member of a state agency drone team and began flying commercial missions in 2024. In 2025 he presented at the Elevate UAV Conference in Miami.
That background shows up in the work. Flights are planned before anyone arrives on site, the airspace is checked, the aircraft and batteries are logged, and every deliverable is dated and organized so it holds up when someone needs it later.
Oz studied systems technology in Colombia and serves clients in English and Spanish.
