Information you send us

When you request a quote, we receive the details you enter: name, contact information, the property location, and your notes. We use them only to respond, quote, and carry out your job. We don't sell or rent your information.

The quote form is delivered through a third-party form service, which processes the message to send it to us. This site doesn't use advertising trackers.

Imagery we capture

• Flights are planned to capture the client's property, right-of-way, or job site, framed to avoid neighboring properties where possible.
• If people or private areas outside the job appear in imagery, we blur them on request.
• Client imagery belongs to the client's project. We don't sell or license it to others.
• We use imagery in our portfolio only with the client's permission, and never with identifying details the client hasn't approved.
• We keep project files for 12 months after delivery, then delete them unless the client asks us to keep them longer.

Florida drone law

We operate in line with Florida Statute 934.50 and FAA Part 107, including the restrictions on capturing images of privately owned property or people on it without consent.
